Nulla Osta

The “Nulla Osta” permission is required for certain types of requests and allows foreign citizens to live and work in Italy for more than 90 days.

The “Nulla Osta” document must be presented into the Immigration Police Department when applying for certain types of residence permit of stay.

Nulla Osta will be requested in the following cases:

1. Weedding in Italy (Matrimonio)
2. Family Reunion (Ricongiungimento Familiare)
3. Official Employment in Italy (Carta Blu)
4. Self-employment (Lavoro Autonomo)
